Marcus Tudgay is Sheffield Wednesday folklore. The striker arrived from Derby County in January 2006 for around PS250,000 and went on to score 52 goals in 211 appearances, one of only two players to pass 50 goals for the club since 2000. He was voted PFA Fans Championship Player of the Year in 2008-09. The Owls gave him the Ole treatment and he earned every repetition.
