Max Gradel scored 18 goals for Leeds in the 2009/10 League One promotion campaign and was sent off in the final game of that season, at home to Bristol Rovers, where he refused to leave the pitch. The red card came in the promotion-clinching win and the ban that followed became part of his Leeds folklore.
