Mehdi Taouil was a fan favourite during his years as a Kilmarnock midfielder, and this chant is pure terrace affection. The fans just wanted a wave back. Taouil signed for Killie in 2007 and spent several seasons at Rugby Park before moving on. One of the warmest Kilmarnock FC songs in the catalogue.

Taouil joined Kilmarnock in October 2007 and signed a three-year deal in July 2008 after impressing early on. He joined Hearts in June 2011, signing for his former Kilmarnock boss Jim Jefferies who was already manager at Tynecastle.
