The county anthem of Sussex, written in 1907, was taken up by Brighton supporters around 1910 and has been the club's signature sound ever since.
Wat is het verhaal achter Sussex by the Sea?
The original 1907 song runs to several verses, but Brighton fans homed in on the rousing chorus from the very early 1900s. The club officially uses a Grenadier Guards orchestral recording when the teams walk out at the Amex.
